Daniel is a genomics researcher with experience spanning academic, clinical, and industry-based research environments across Ontario. He holds a Master of Health Science in Medical Genomics from the University of Toronto, where his work focused on the analysis, interpretation, and communication of large-scale genomic data. His research background includes computational genomics, metagenomics, neurogenomics, and synthetic biology, with a focus on supporting multidisciplinary and translational research initiatives.


At Genomics4S, Daniel contributes to research and knowledge translation efforts examining the societal, ethical, and practical implications of emerging genomic technologies. His interests include public communication of genomics, equitable access to genetic testing and precision medicine, and the responsible integration of genomic technologies into healthcare systems.
